They talk about giving their up possessions, their homes and even their lives. You see, a person can't express love in words. By inference he also knows that the only escape from the infinite circle of life and death is through leaving behind all of his worldly attachments. Yet out of everyone he still only thinks of her.īy referring to all of this, he's showing that he full well understands the system of karma and rebirth AND is a wise man. He understands that he may have lived a million different lives with a million different attachments to things and people. He understands that we are all souls making their way to realisation.
Sting is saying that he understands the infinite nature of the universe.
